The Reset

Service Description

While we do some facial lymphatic draining and apply some finishing products so your skin is not left bare, this is NOT a facial. This is a Nervous System Reset! We will start with some box breathing to get grounded, facial lymphatic draining with guided meditation to reconnect mind and body, followed with another gentle breathing practice for clearing and finish with a live sound bath. We release the chaos and invite the calm.
